It’s spring – at least in this hemisphere - which seems to
me the perfect time to celebrate
Earth Day.
Things are coming back to life. Grass is greening, trees are budding,
water is flowing, and animals are giving birth to their young.
What a celebration.

Earth day is a day to celebrate the wonders of our planet
but it is also a reminder that we need to work to keep it that way. Just like
we need to exercise and eat right to stay healthy and in good physical shape,
we need to work at keeping this planet healthy and in good shape. We have to
find a way to keep our water clean, our soil free of contaminants, our
resources from being depleted.
