Forsythia |
Hepatica and Dandelions |
The April showers have brought the May flowers. After wading through the rainy, gray days of early spring, we are being rewarded. From gray it went to green as the grass needed mowing and leaves started popping, and now we are going to full-blown color. Clumps of brightly colored tulips, blue wildflowers, yellow dandelions and forsythia, and shades of pink on a variety of budding trees catch the eye. It feels like going from Kansas to Oz!
